Developer was able to overcome some difficult vegetation, a limited site size, and access issues to make this store a reality for its client, Family Dollar. Developer was presented an award by the City of Gainesville for its creative efforts to save a specimen oak tree on the property.

Challenges/Backstory:
Difficult site conditions and a unpredictable political process did not keep developer from completing this project for Family Dollar Stores in early 2014. Even with challenging building requirements and difficult utility issues, Stephens Barrios was able to complete this project for its clients on time and within budget. Stephens Barrios was also instrumental in the site selection process and the assembling of multiple properties to make this project feasible.
