Orlando, Florida – Real estate developer, Stephens Barrios Development, LLC, recently completed development and construction of two, free standing Family Dollar Stores in Central Florida.  The first store, which opened in early December of last year, is located in the City of Mascotte at the intersection of SR 50 (Myers Boulevard) and CR 33.  The second store, scheduled to open later this month, is located in the City of Eustis, Florida, on Orange Avenue. These two new stores provide additional market share for the growing discount retailer who has increased its presence in Central Florida over the past several years. The projects represent a continued collaboration between Family Dollar Stores, Inc., and Stephens Barrios Development, LLC.
